We run seasonal hotels in Latvia. Before offering RatesScope to anyone, we ran the same reports on our own reviews and used them to decide what to fix before the next season.

Questions

Do I need to get on a call?

No. Everything happens by email. Questions about your report get a written answer within one business day.

Do you need access to my Booking.com account?

No. The free snapshot uses your public page. For paid reports you export your reviews from the extranet and send us the file. We never log in or change anything.

Will my score go up?

We can't promise that. We show you what guests repeat and which fixes cost least. The decisions, and the work, stay yours.

How do you analyse the reviews?

We use software, including AI tools, to sort and summarise reviews in every language. A person reads and checks every report before it is sent.

Can I cancel?

The monthly plan: any time, by email. Annual plans run for 12 months. The full rules are in our terms.

What about Airbnb or Vrbo?

We start with Booking.com. If you also list on other sites, tell us and we'll include those reviews.
