Terms of Service
Last updated: October 24, 2026. By buying a RatesScope plan or report, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
RatesScope is a service of LNG NAMI SIA, a company registered in Latvia (registration no. 40203504321, VAT no. LV40203504321), Bērzes iela 12-1, Dobele, LV-3701, Latvia. In these terms, "we" means that company and "you" means the business that buys the service. Contact: hello@ratesscope.com.
2. What the service includes
RatesScope analyses guest reviews of hotels, inns and short-term rentals and turns them into written reports. Depending on what you buy, you receive:
- Review snapshot: a free, one-off look at your public scores and recent reviews.
- 3-Year Review Deep Dive: a one-time report on up to 36 months of your reviews, delivered within 3 business days after we receive your review export.
- Monthly report: by the 10th of each month, a report on the previous month's reviews, with score changes, top complaints, suggested fixes and draft replies.
The service is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers buying for personal use.
RatesScope is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Booking.com, Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia, Google or Tripadvisor. Their names are used only to describe where reviews come from.
3. Plans and prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you. Each additional property on a plan costs $20 per month.
4. Payment, renewal and price changes
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions are charged in advance at the start of each billing period.
- The monthly plan renews every month until you cancel.
- Annual plans renew for another 12 months at the end of the term unless you cancel before the renewal date. We email you a reminder at least 15 days before an annual renewal.
- We may change prices for future terms. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
5. Cancellation and refunds
- Monthly plan: cancel any time by emailing hello@ratesscope.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid. No partial refunds.
- Annual plan, paid monthly: you commit to 12 monthly payments. If you cancel before the 12th payment, no further monthly payments are taken, and the Deep Dive included with the plan is charged at its one-time price of $199.
- Annual plan, paid yearly: you may cancel for a full refund within 14 days of payment if we have not yet delivered a report. After that, the plan runs to the end of the term and is not refunded.
- Deep Dive: if we do not deliver within 10 business days of receiving your complete review export, you may ask for a full refund.
- To cancel or ask for a refund, email hello@ratesscope.com from the address on your account.
6. What you give us
- To produce reports, you send us exports of your guest reviews or give us access to them. You confirm you are allowed to share this data with us for that purpose.
- We use your data only to provide the service to you. We do not sell it or use it to serve other customers.
- Guest reviews contain personal data about your guests. We handle it on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Our reports
- Reports are recommendations based on what guests wrote. We do not guarantee any change in your review scores, bookings or revenue. Decisions about your property remain yours.
- We use software, including AI tools, to sort and summarise reviews. A person checks every report before it is sent.
- Reports are for use inside your business. You may share them with your staff, owners and advisers, but not resell them.
8. Fair use
You agree not to use the service to break the law, to harass guests, or to post fake reviews. We may suspend the service if you do.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We email active customers at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. The version on ratesscope.com is the current one.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes go to the courts of Riga, Latvia, unless the law requires otherwise.
